Position: Virtual Assistant (Remote)

Compensation: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Hourly)

Role Description

We are seeking a professional, punctual, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This flexible, entry- to mid-level role is ideal for someone looking to build experience in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment. The Virtual Assistant will play a key role in supporting our consulting team with daily administrative operations and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Respond to and organize emails professionally and in a timely manner
  • Conduct data entry and maintain digital filing systems
  • Perform basic research and summarize findings for internal use
  • Assist with document preparation and project coordination
  • Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members
  • Support special projects and general office administration as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong professionalism and consistent punctuality are required
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Prior experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role preferred
  • Interest or background in healthcare or related fields is a plus
