DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Screening and Assessing of Candidates
  • Scheduling, Following Up with Candidates for Interviewing/Onboarding/Orientation
  • Conducting Virtual & Phone Interviews
  • Entering Employee Records & Schedules
  • Coordinating Hiring Needs with Restaurant Leadership
  • Assimilate New Hires into Company Culture & Monitor Hiring Progress
  • Prepare New Hire Uniforms & Training Materials
  • New Hire Orientation Facilitator
  • Attend Weekly Talent & Development Dept Training Meetings
  • This is a Support Position Reporting to the Talent & Development Team Lead

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS 

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) language skills in speaking, reading & writing
  • Language: Spanish (Required)
  • Application of Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop is a Plus
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
  • A strong communicator with a cheerful and positive disposition
  • A self-starter who can stay on task with multiple workstreams
