Lifeguard – Forest Lake Country Club  

Location: Forest Lake Country Club 

Position: Lifeguard (Seasonal) 

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time 

Forest Lake Country Club is seeking responsible and motivated Lifeguards to join our team for the upcoming summer season. Our Lifeguards play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our members and guests at the club’s pool facilities. 

Responsibilities:  

• Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers 
• Enforce pool rules and regulations 
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies 
• Administer first aid and CPR when needed 
• Maintain a clean and organized pool deck and lifeguard station 
• Conduct routine safety inspections of pool equipment 
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests 

Qualifications:  

• Current Lifeguard Certification (Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent) 
• CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain before the season starts) 
• Strong swimming abilities and knowledge of water safety practices 
• Ability to remain alert and attentive for extended periods 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills 
• Previous lifeguarding experience preferred but not required
