Education
 Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology,
Applied Behavioral Psychology, Educational Psychology (if clinically focused), or a
related field from an accredited institution.

Job Summary
The Licensed Psychological Practitioner (LPP) is responsible for conducting psychological
testing and assessments across a range of domains including intellectual functioning (IQ),
academic achievement, emotional/behavioral health, and personality structure. This role includes
clinical interviewing, test administration, scoring, interpretation, and generation of integrated
psychological reports used for diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, school
accommodations, and legal documentation.

Key Responsibilities
 Conduct intake interviews and gather collateral information related to testing referrals.
 Administer a full range of psychological and neuropsychological assessments including:
o IQ tests (e.g., WISC-V, WAIS-IV, WPPSI-IV)
o Achievement tests (e.g., WIAT-4, KTEA-3)
o Behavioral/emotional checklists (e.g., BASC-3, CBCL)
o Adaptive functioning (e.g., Vineland-3, ABAS-3)
o Memory, executive function, and attention (e.g., NEPSY-II, CPT-3)
 Score and interpret test results according to standardized guidelines.
 Write comprehensive psychological reports that:
o Integrate testing data
o Offer diagnostic impressions based on DSM-5-TR
o Include treatment recommendations
o Comply with Medicaid, school district, or legal documentation requirements
 Communicate findings clearly with patients, parents/guardians, referring providers,
schools, or legal representatives as needed.
 Collaborate with psychologists, therapists, and medical providers in multidisciplinary
treatment teams.
 Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times.
 Participate in ongoing training and supervision as needed.
