The pay range for this position is $82,160.00 - $123,240.00, depending on experience.

A Brief Overview

In this role, you will:

• Supervise professionals involved in direct patient care in Radiation Oncology.
• Coordinate communication and workflow among radiation therapists, CT simulation staff, and brachytherapy staff.
• Deliver daily prescribed therapeutic radiation doses under the guidance of Radiation Oncologists and Physicists.
• Assist in the overall management of patient care and treatment areas.

What You Will Do

• Oversee radiation therapists, CT simulation, and brachytherapy staff.
• Manage daily treatment and scheduling flow, delegating duties as needed.
• Help develop immediate and future goals for the department.
• Review and revise standard operating policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular Quality Assurance implementation and review.
• Provide direct patient care on treatment machines as necessary.
• Participate in staff assignments to maintain departmental efficiency.
• Engage in hiring, training, and developing staff.

Essential Qualifications

• Work the specified hours and perform essential job functions satisfactorily.
• Communicate effectively and maintain visual acuity for job duties.

Required Education and Experience

• Associate's degree from an Accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology.
• Radiation Therapy (T) certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) upon hire.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing radiation therapist.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an Accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
